The easiest ever cheap costume is to go dressed as a ‘Piece of Bubblegum Stuck on a Shoe.’ So this is what you do – take your pink hooded sweatshirt, either a pull-over or zip-up-the-front, it doesn’t matter. The take a shoe, whatever shoe you can spare – a running shoe, a loafer, a sandal, a high-heel or even a slipper. Next, heat up your glue gun and cover the bottom of that shoe with a heavy dose of hot glue and then quickly adhere to the top of the hood. The second idea for an easy Halloween costume to make with a pink sweatshirt is the ever-popular pig costume. Now for the ears, if you have a hoodie, make ears out of felt and attach them to the top.
